The Pivvy

The pivvy is a play pavilion for children aged 5-15 years old. It is run
by the same play team as the nursery.

While the children are in the Pivvy they can take part in a variety of activities, including art & craft, model making, games and days out.

As the children are allowed to come and go from the pivvy, it is
important that if a mum goes out she inform the play staff and signs
the relevant book. Another mum can sign the babysitting book in the
office if you are going to be out longer than the pivvy session. Mums
must accompany their child/children on their first visit to the pivvy, to register and introduce them. This also gives us the opportunity to meet mums and show you round the pivvy and answer any questions you may have.

The pivvy has a few ground rules we ask all children to follow:

• No Swearing
• No Fighting
• No Name calling
• No Bullying

Children are expected to be respectful to all the staff, other children and residents at all times. If any of these rules are broken, then the following action will be taken:

• 1 st TIME : 5 minutes out of play facility
• 2 nd TIME : 2 days out of play facility
• 3 rd TIME : 2 weeks out of play facility
